This illustration is based on a fantastical book/text that was made into an event poster and hand made text to go along with it. My illustration references the book, The Secret Garden and is turned into a party favor poster for an imaginary tea party. I wanted the illustration and poster to be inviting and intriguing when the viewer looks at it. The color on the final poster represents the aesthetic of a young girl's tea party.
